By participating, the Participant (“You”) agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, You agree to accept the decisions of Sponsor as final and binding as it relates to the content of this Promotion.

Eligibility: Participants must be 18 years old or older, a U.S. resident, hold a valid/active Florida Real Estate license, and be eligible to receive broker commission compensation under Federal, state (including Chapter 475, Fla. Statutes), and local law. Members of Sponsor’s management team and employees (other than employees strictly engaged as real estate agents by Sponsor) and family members of Sponsor or its management team are ineligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law.
Entry Process: Upon the closing of a $50,000 JACKPOT PROMOTION Property (such eligible properties to be noted as such on the Multiple Listing Service), the listing and selling agents involved in the transaction are eligible to enter the Promotion by filling out the form online at www.50000jackpot.com/entryform. One entry will be accepted per listing side and one entry will be accepted per selling (buyer) side per eligible property/closing. If you represent both a buyer and a seller in a transaction involving a $50,000 JACKPOT PROMOTION Property, you are eligible for two entries. Please note that your participation does not guarantee that You will be awarded any of the prizes in this Promotion. Participant may be eligible for multiple entries in the event they are involved in the successful sale and closing of multiple $50,000 JACKPOT PROMOTION Properties. All entry forms must be completed within fifteen (15) calendar days of any $50,000 JACKPOT PROMOTION Property closing.
Odds: 110 entries will be accepted. Five (5) winners will be selected from the entries. A Participant may be selected more than once.
Prize Award: Sponsor will select five (5) winners to receive a commission bonus of $10,000 each, payable as broker commission compensation. Prizes may not be transferred, assigned, or substituted for any reason whatsoever. Should You win a prize, You must coordinate the collection of your prize and/or payments as provided herein. Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of Winner. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use Winner’s name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
Winner Selection and Notification: Winners will be selected within sixty (60) calendar days of the closing of the fifty-fifth (55 th ) $50,000 JACKPOT PROMOTION Property. The date and time of the drawing will be announced by Sponsor at least fourteen (14) calendar days prior to the drawing. Winners will be selected, at random, by Sponsor. Sponsor will inform potential winners via email within seven (7) calendar days of the drawing if they are selected. Winners will have ninety (90) calendar days to redeem their award and complete all necessary paperwork. Winners who are licensed agents with Sponsor must complete all internal payroll and compliance documentation to receive their award payment subject to the terms of their independent contractor agreement (less the commission split) with Sponsor or an affiliated company thereof.
Winners who are licensed with third-party real estate brokerages must submit a valid W-9 and copies of Winners’ and their respective brokerage’s current real estate licenses to Sponsor to redeem their prize. Failure to complete required paperwork may deem winner ineligible. If a Winner does not redeem their prize and complete the necessary paperwork as specified herein, alternative winners may be selected by Sponsor. The date, time, and process by which alternate winners are selected will be at Sponsor’s discretion and alternative winners will be notified within seven (7) calendar days of the Sponsor’s random selection. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY WINNER (AT SPONSOR’S SOLE DISCRETION) WILL RESULT IN WINNER’S DISQUALIFICATION AS WINNER OF THE PROMOTION, AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.
Limitation on Liability: By entering, You agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from: (i) such entrant’s participation in the Promotion and/or his/her/its acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof; (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software, or other mechanical equipment; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion; (v) electronic or human error in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries.
Terms & Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion should virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond Sponsor control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Promotion. In such case, Sponsor may select the Winner from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion or website or violates these Rules. Sponsor has the right, in its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of the Promotion, to void entries for any reason, including, but not limited to: multiple entries from the same user from different IP addresses; multiple entries from the same computer in excess of that allowed by Promotion Rules; or the use of bots, macros, scripts, or other technical means for entering. Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.
In the event fifty-five (55) 50,000 JACKPOT PROMOTION Properties do not close by September 1, 2021 (or an earlier date is Sponsor draws early as a result of the reasons set forth in the paragraph above), Sponsor reserves the right to modify the Promotion to account for the number of entrants and to reduce either i) the number of prizes award or ii) the amount of each prize based on the level of participation involved in the Promotion.
Choice of law/jurisdiction: THIS PROMOTION IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS FLORIDA WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. As a condition of participating in this Promotion, You agree that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Palm Beach County, Florida having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances shall You be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorney’s fees, other than Your actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e. costs associated with entering this Promotion). You further waive all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
